Fee Structure
The registration fee of the Forum is 200 USD per person.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation and Refund
Once registered, delegate(s) are considered successfully enrolled for the Forum. Should delegate(s) decide to cancel their enrolments, the following policy shall be applied:
(a) All cancellation requests must be submitted in written form to the contact email address with registration information provided.
(b) For cancellation requests received on or before 9, December 2022, a 50 USD per person administrative fee will be charged.
(c) For cancellation requests received on or after 10, December 2022 or no-shows, no refund will be granted.
(d) All approved refunds will be processed after the event.
Personal Information Protection
Personal information is gathered, processed and used in conformance with Personal Information Protection Law of PRC.
Information submitted for registration will be used by IIA China and the professional conference organizer MCI Group for the purpose of providing services related to attending the event.
TeamMate, a sponsor of the Forum, is offering a lucky draw for delegates. Delegates can choose to participate or not when registering. By choosing Yes, delegates agree to share their information with TeamMate.
